Every call pays.
There is no unpaid spec work on Aletava, under any name. A trial fee is lower than a brief fee, and the card tells you the number before you claim.
One at a time.
You can hold one open call at once, and three in your first 90 days. The pool is a way in, not a job.
It counts.
Delivering a call writes a real line in your record, flagged Open call, so nobody can pad a record with trials alone.
Organic by default.
A trial does not buy paid-ads rights. If a brand wants to run it as an ad afterwards, that is a separate grant at a separate fee.
No contest, no leaderboard.
Slots are first come. You are not competing against the other creators who claimed one, and nobody is scored.
